Alright I am ready to start loosing baby weight NOW, I realize I cannot yet due to the fact that I am not entirely healed.  However, I am in the need to feel motivated for when I can so I was thinking if people wanted to tell me what they are doing.  It should keep my excitement up eh?

Val,
It's good to psych yourself up I think.  I've been struggling to maintain and I'm trying to kick myself back into gear so I can actually lose some weight.  I've been doing my exercycle for an hour most mornings before leaving for work.  I do my hand weights while I'm on the exercycle.

This morning I did my hour on the Wii Fit instead of the exercycle - balancing, yoga, step exercises.

I also walk everyday on my lunch hour at work.  I do 3.25 miles in the hour.  I actually take Sundays off from exercise usually.  I get plenty of exercise on Saturdays because  that's our yard work, house cleaning day.

That's what I'm doing.  I'm glad to hear what all of you are doing because that gives me inspiration to keep on going.

I find watching Biggest Loser is a bit of a prod to keep on exercising too.  :-)

Take care!

Luann

Not doing much yet in the way of exercise, however since I've had Sophie, I've dropped 25 pounds. Not from any miraculous diet, but just from all the baby/fluid weight.

I'm actually about 10 lbs lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight. Awesome!

And my blood sugars are right where they're supposed to be even though I'm not taking my pills due to breastfeeding. The doc said it should control them and she was right! :D
