Exercising at 5:00 a.m.

As it is getting too hot here to walk in the daytime (it's close to 90
by 8:30 a.m.), I've made a commitment to get up at 5:00 a.m. on my
work day mornings to get my exercise in before I leave for work.
Today was my first day doing that. I was dragging a bit since I
normally get up at 6:30 a.m., but I got on my exercise clothes,
shuffled in to the living room, and turned on the Wii Fit to warm up.
After 5 minutes on the Wii Fit, I was awake and in the swing. I did
40 minutes on the Wii Fit and then 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Hopefully, this evening by 7:00 p.m. or so it will be cool enough for
me and Thom to walk for an hour outside - if not, I'll do another hour
on the treadmill and/or one of my videos. I did accomplish my goal
last week of losing what I gained on vacation, so I'm now back at pre-
vacation weight. Yay! Now, to start dropping more pounds. Wishing
