Anyone keeping a food diary? I read this article and found it

I might just start keeping one. I stepped on the scale this morning
and found it had dipped down a little more, finally breaking into the
next ten pound bracket! Only by 1 pound, but that's one pound less
than the day before! LOL
I really need to start exercising regularly again... Then maybe it
would come off regularly as well. :P
