Important concepts in CG

During end term question discussions, I forgot to mention about the concepts that are important for your placement - please go through the concepts on CSR, philanthropy, CG Rating for corporates,  role of the board in corporate governance and the way we measure them, evolution og CG and the future of CG, different committees for CG (Kumar Mangalam, Narayan Murthy committe etc.)..Please prepare these concepts for your placements.
