The Oakland Radio Communication Assn (ORCA) Amateur/Ham radio club is excited to welcome Mark Benthein, Executive Director of Earthquake Country Alliance (ECA), to present at our next ORCA monthly meeting on Saturday, April 5th at 9:00am.

Mark's presentation is titled "Your Action Plan to the Seven Steps to Earthquake Safety." There have been numerous small earthquakes lately around the Bay Area, plus the large M7.0 quake last December off the Humboldt County coast, so this is timely information for us all to be better prepared for the next major earthquake.
