Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Ref:  Update of “My Profile” on HCL Campus Portal http://mycampus.hcl.in/Login/Login.aspx for shortlisted candidates from your institutions.

 

We are happy to inform you that we have generated the login ids for the HCL selected and shortlisted students of your institution. As you are aware, we send them the link referenced above to update the details required for a smooth joining process in 2012-13.  This is our organizational protocol and by not filling in the requisite details  by the stipulated date - students risk the chance of making their candidature null and void. We request your support and cooperation to ensure that this does not happen.  

 

We are happy to inform you that so far we have received confirmation from most of the students and they all have successfully updated the details.  However, there are some students who might have missed out on filling the details within the given time / or could not have accessed their link due to wrongly mentioned email ids / login / passwords.

 

We will resend the link to them on 1^st July 2012 and keep the option open to fill the requested details for 5 days from 1^st  July 2012. Any / all corrections will be accepted by our team from the respective TPO offices up to 10^th July 2012.  Beyond 10^th July 2012, we will not be able to entertain any requests for the reversal of any cases either from students directly / indirectly, and / or from your institutions and offices, as per policy.

 

Thus, we request your office to communicate the same to all students and ensure that they duly fill in their details within the given time lines.  Your support will go a long way in helping us plan a smooth and well-phased onboarding of your students into HCL.  

 

Please do call us or send us your queries and we will be happy to help you and your students. We thank you for support and look forward to a long and fruitful association.
