Dear sir,

 

While extending our sincere thanks to you for your cooperation in furnishing the details of toppers from your Institution, we are pleased to inform you that we will be conducting a written test and interview and selecting the  engineering graduates as “Industrial trainees” for one year. 

 

Accordingly, after screening,  we have shortlisted  26* students,   5 from Mech, 14 Chemical & 7 Instt from  your institution to appear for Written test and interview.

 

The details of their engagement are as below:

 

1)      Place of Industrial Training   : Reliance Industries Ltd, Petroleum (Exploration & Production), Gadimoga, Tallarevu Mandal, EG Dist

2)      Period of training                     : One year

3)      Monthly stipend                      :  Rs.10,000/-

4)      Other benefits                          :  Free conveyance from Kakinada town to Gadimoga and return.

5)      Contract if any                           :  No bond or undertaking required.  The Industrial Trainee may leave if he gets better prospects by giving 1 month notice.

 

 

We request you to kindly  advise the shortlisted students  to appear for written test or interview as per the attached list.  The details of  written test / interview as  below:

 

1)      Date of Test                                            : Sunday 8.7.2012

2)      Time of reporting                                 :  8:30 am

3)      Time of commencement of test    :  9:00 am

4)      Time of interview                                :  3:00 pm  (for those who are screened in the Written Test)
