We want to proceed with the hiring for 2019 batch engineers. 

The hiring process is as follows :

Academic Consultant - Video Interview Round - July 2019 | Toppr | Apply Now. myautogram.com <p><strong>Role & Responsibilities:</strong> -</p><ul><li>Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.</li><li>Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions</li><li>Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods</li><li>Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution</li><li>Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue</li><li>Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Academic Consultant at Toppr: </strong></p><ul><li>Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behaviour</li><li>Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Class 5 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum</li><li>Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales</li><li>Enthusias



2. The shortlists from the video interview will be shared within 3 days of completion of the same. 
3. The shortlists will be required to attend the PI round in the office of Toppr within a week.

Salary Fixed	3 - 4.5 Lakhs P. A
Fixed Retention bonus	60K - 90K
Performance-based Variables	720,000 Yearly

Campus Hiring Process:

Toppr will be using Autogram, a Video Resume/Interview app to shortlist the candidates.

• The first round will be a Video Interview round on Autogram. 
• Shortlisted candidates will be sent to the company's office for a final interview.

Guidelines for giving the Video Interview

1. The interview can be given by a webcam-enabled computer.
2. The students need to be formally dressed before starting the interview.
