Greetings from Shell India!
Happy to inform you that after the successful debut last year, ‘Shell Eco-marathon,’ is back in India. Scheduled to be held at Shell’s Technology Centre in Bengaluru between November 19-22, 2019, it is a platform for the bright engineering students to design, build and test fuel-efficient cars that travel the farthest on the least amount of energy.
Shell Eco-marathon India allows newer teams to gain experience in technical inspection and test their vehicle under competition settings. It is also a great opportunity for returning teams fine tune their vehicles and strive to improve their personal bests. The teams also stand a chance to participate and win both on-track and off-track awards! The competition will also be a stepping stone for your participation and success in our regional competition in 2020.
Phase I registration for Shell Eco-marathon India 2019 is open until Thursday, September 5, 2019. Please note the following:
n Energy categories available are gasoline, diesel, ethanol and battery electric.
n Vehicles will be subject to the regulations of the Shell Eco-marathon 2019 Global Rules, Chapter I.
