Intermediate 0.4.6.1 release of BECCA, worlds, and tools

Hi all,
I decided to go ahead and tag the current version of BECCA and all the worlds, so that the videos that are being released have a reference point. That would allow someone to go back and re-create the work, if they had a mind to. Action selection in pursuit of reward is currently broken, so I don't feel that this merits an official full release in Matt's repository. But just in case any of you are interested, here are the versions of code that have gone into the recently published video abstracts. (BTW, there's still one more on it's way out.)
