The problem is conceptual, not computational. "We haven’t yet
understood how to reconstruct networks," explained Gustavo Stolovitzky
of IBM Research. "Brute force computing is not going to solve the
problem at this point. If you have the wrong model, you can run in
your computer things that have nothing to do with reality."
