What to test in BeautiGO 📋

Here's a quick guide on what to test. You don't need to do everything — any feedback is valuable!
⚠️ IMPORTANT — TEST MODE:
• SMS verification code: enter 000000 (six zeros)
• Payment card: 4242 4242 4242 4242, expiry: 12/30, CVC: 123
• No real money will be charged, no real SMS will be sent
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🧑 TEST AS A CLIENT (5-10 min)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1️⃣ Create an account
• Use your real email (to test email verification)
• Any Swiss phone number works
• SMS code: 000000
2️⃣ Browse salons
• Scroll through the list
• Try searching by city (try "Genf" or "Genève" — both should work!)
• Filter by category (Haircut, Spa, Pets...)
3️⃣ Book an appointment
• Tap a salon → Book Now
• Pick a service, date, time
• Choose a payment method and confirm
4️⃣ Check your appointment
• Go to the Appointments tab
• Try cancelling an appointment
• Try calling the salon or opening directions
5️⃣ Leave a review
• After an appointment is marked as "completed"
• Go to Past tab → Leave a Review
• Rate the 5 categories with stars
6️⃣ Check your profile
• Try changing the language (flag icon on home screen)
• Verify your email (check inbox + spam folder)

💼 TEST AS A PROFESSIONAL (10-15 min)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1️⃣ Sign up as a professional
• On the signup screen, tap "Sign up as Professional"
• This opens the website (beautigo.ch)
• Fill in your details, SMS code: 000000
• Enter business info
• Select a plan → test card: 4242 4242 4242 4242
2️⃣ Set up your salon
• Add services (tap Services tab → "+")
• Upload salon photos (Profile → camera icon)
• Set opening hours (Profile → Edit Hours)
• Add a holiday period
• Toggle payment methods (Cash, Card, TWINT...)
3️⃣ Check the dashboard
• View your appointments
• Switch between list and calendar view
• Check the Analytics tab (Pro plan)
4️⃣ Print your salon card
• Profile → scroll down → "Print Salon Card"
• Opens a printable page with QR code

Hi testers,
Thanks for your feedback! We've identified and fixed the following issues:
Bugs fixed:
- 🗺️ Map view crashed on Android devices → now works
- 📱 UI overlapped with the status bar (top) and navigation bar (bottom) on Android → now properly aligned
- 🎨 General layout improvements
A new version is now available on the Play Store.
Please update the app:
- Open the Play Store app
- Search for BeautiGO (or open: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.beautigo.beauty)
- Tap Update
If the update doesn't show, force-close the Play Store app and try again, or wait a few minutes for it to sync.
After updating, please:
- Verify the app layout looks correct (no overlap with system bars)
- Try opening the Map view in the welcome screen — it should now load properly

Hi testers,
A new version of BeautiGO is now available on the Play Store. Thanks for the great feedback so far!
What's fixed in this version:
- 🛠️ Status bar and navigation bar no longer overlap with the profile and booking screens
- 🔘 Buttons on the profile edit screen now display at the correct width
- 🗺️ Improved map stability on Android
- ✨ Map/List toggle button now hides automatically when a salon is selected on the map
- ⚡ Various performance improvements
How to update:
- Open the Play Store app on your phone
- Search for BeautiGO (or open: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.beautigo.beauty)
- Tap Update
If the update doesn't appear yet, force-close the Play Store app and try again, or wait a few minutes for it to sync.
What to test:
- Open and edit your profile — verify the layout looks correct (no overlap with system bars)
- Open the booking flow for a salon — same check
- Try the map view in the welcome screen and tap a salon pin
- Anything else you want — keep the bugs and suggestions coming!

First off, thank you so much for being part of our close testing group — your time and input truly mean the world to us as we shape Beauty Center into something great. 💛
✨ A new version is now online! Please take a moment to update the app to the latest version so you can try out the newest features and improvements.
🙌 We'd love a bit more engagement from you! If you haven't had the chance yet, we'd really appreciate it if you could help us test the following flows:
- Create a new user account (as a normal customer) — let us know how the sign-up flow feels.
- Try logging in — the test credentials are displayed directly in the app, so it's quick and easy.
- Book an appointment — go through the full booking flow and see if anything feels off or buggy.
🆕 What's new in this version:
- Updated appointment status handling
- Notifications are now sent to customers prompting them to leave feedback
