How can I scrape a drop down menu ?

All the options  on the drop down menu have the same tag names and classes names but when I loop through it only returns the values for the first option,how can I find the other values?

Unfortunately, without a minimal, reproducible example, it is difficult to make any suggestions. Right now, I could only guess. The linked thread doesn't provide a downloadable URL of the data and you provide a non-copy/pastable image as well.
