Cant use BeautifulSoup with lxml and cchardet in AWS Lambda.

I have tried several approaches but BeautifulSoup does not seems to work with AWS Lambda Layer with lxml installed.

"Couldn't find a tree builder with the features you requested: lxml. Do you need to install a parser library?"
