html5lib Couldn't find a tree builder

I have Python 2.7.2, html5lib en BS4

A program I use makes use of Bs 4, but on trying use it, I get an error

Couldn't find a tree builder with the features you requested: html5lib. Do you need to install a parser library?

Any ideas what might be wrong?

When you run this code, what is the output?

from bs4.diagnose import diagnose
diagnose("foo")
