Extract data from website

Hi,

I am new to BeautifulSoup tool. I want to extract postcodes and localities for my local electorate from the link below. 

Any pointer on how best to approach using BeautifulSoup in Jupyter Notebook to get these localities (suburbs) and Postcodes in a table?
