Beaufort Endurance,
I know it has been a while since my last email. I have been out of pocket for a little while, but now I am back. I have set up our next meeting date. Wednesday October 3, 2012 at 6pm the location will be at Palmetto Running Company on West Street downtown Beaufort. I hope several people can make it out for a meet and greet and to hear what Palmetto Running Company has to offer.
I hope training is going well for everybody. I know some people are starting to peak for their full or half ironman triathlons and others are starting to build up for their fall marathons. Please spread the word of the Beaufort Endurance meeting on Oct 3rd. I know there are several people out there that are not on this email chain whom might be interested in joining and coming out to the meeting. I look forward to seeing as many people there as possible.
