is anybody running early this Saturday morning? I have to do a 20
mile run and will be running around and 8:30-9min pace and nice long
slow run. I would like some company if anybody wants to come out and
join me or even just meet me out on the road and run a few miles. you
don't have to do all 20, just 2-3 mile would be great to help pass the
time. I plan on getting on the road about 6am if anybody would like
to meet me out on the road let me know and i'll run your way. It
should take me roughly 3hrs to do the run.

I will be out of town. But let me correct you. You do not HAVE to do a 20 mile run. Consider kicking back, having a few donuts and lattes. What the heck!
Also, didn't know if you put it together but last night's VP debate was at Centre College. We ran by there about 2 am this time last year while on the Bourbon Trail run. Danville had a great coffee shop.

I saw that lastnight and told Cindy i know where that college is I ran
by there for my midnight run during Bourbon Chase.
I don't have to do 20 miles but if i want do complete my marathon w/o
suffering to badly i need to do the 20 miles.
