Front shocks/springs

My Beauford is a long bodied 4 door with a 2.0 litre DOHC Sierra engine. The front suspension is really hard, both shocks (Avos) are leaking and the springs are almost coil bound. So that I can buy the correct items to improve the suspension, is there anybody out there who can tell me the correct suspension data (ie open & closed shock absorber measurements, spring diameter/length and spring rate) for a Beauford with this engine fitted. Thanks.
