Yess, works like a charm now (still don't know why the previous version didn't work with cm7), and finally the early miss bug fixed so I could finally manage these screenshots ^_^
As for screens I'd like to see name of the song and author in filenames so it could be like this: %author%-%song%-%timestamp%
The update note is fine - I updated the version number in the test version but not on the server (since 1.6 isn't released officially as of yet). And no, I currently am not following any consistent version numbering system - its all arbitrary atm at my discretion ; P
The download text thing would be a browser sided thing, since .apk is not an officially recognized MIME type (your browser thinks it is a text file). You have to right click and save link as. Your phone browser probably handles that automatically.
On a side note, UHL stuff is being polished up, .dwi support is complete and just needs a bit more testing, and I will stay and hopefully start .osu support this weekend (no sliders or spinners though - that will require a bit of having here and there). Beats 1.6 will be released before Monday with all updates til now and hopefully include those three things. Translators, try to finish up before then ; )

As for the new version of Beats, I pretty much have nothing to say.
I've been trying to think of something ever since i downloaded it. ;-)
The only issues I'm srill having I'm fairly sure has to do with me
having a small phone (sometimes an arrow seems to stick when I'm
trying to hit the one next to it in quick succession or after a hold).
I personally don't see much use in the screenshot feature, but as an
intermediate to an actual high scores setting, I can understand qby
people might like it. Interestingly (hey, I found something to say
after all!) the game also takes a screenshot if it pauses for another
reason, for instance when the phone interrupts gameplay to tell you it
has a low battery.
I'll have to get onto the Dutch translation, too. I saw some of the
Dutch phrases are a bit long for the menu.

.Osu files work great. A delight to play. Now just to download a
whopping lot of them :-). And the .dwi support is also appreciated,
because I had a few .dwi only files on my phone that I kept running
into as unplayable. They are so no longer. Thank you!
I also really like the way .osu files convert to Stepmania mode. They
actually generate pretty decent stepfiles. So now we almost have a
complete standard to interconvert between the two formats. :-)
Now on to the niggles:
I haven't had any problems in .osu mode yet, but I ran into some
random lag in stepmania mode. There weren't even all that many notes
on screen, so I can't guess at what triggered it. This kind of lag
seemed to be gone in the previous version, but it's back.
The judgments of tap accuracy are no longer translated! Even though I
have the language set to Dutch, the judgments appear in English. And
the 'Default' language option is now English, not whatever language
your phone is set to (if available, of course).
That's it so far. Thanks for all the hard work,
XWA
So far, I've been playing on default settings. Last night though, I
turned 'jumps' back on for some .sm files. This morning, when I tried
to open an .osu file, I got ta NullPointerException:null error
message.
I'd been fiddling around with more settings, but Osu files loaded
again as soon as I switched the jumps off, so I'm fairly sure it's
related to that.
