to Natural Eczema Cure
The one benefit I received whilst trying to find a cure for my eczema
was getting to know my "eczema's personality".
My eczema had a personality in that it would get worse and irritate me
when it was exposed to certain foods, ointments and substances.
My eczema would get better when I eat certain foods, or used certain
ointments and substances.
My food and substance irritants would be totally different from your
food and substance irritants.
I kept track of my eczema's personality by keeping a daily journal.
This journal is a simple log of the new things I tried and tested each
day. I would also log any new substances or ointments I used. If I
introduced a new fruit and vegetable combination, I wrote it down. I
would monitor my eczema reactions and make a note in my journal.
Once a week I would review my journal to see what showed up. Usually I
would see a pattern or notice something interesting.
If you want to get to know your eczema's personality, I suggest you
keep a journal too.
Here are some tips for successfully keeping a journal:
Tip #1
Find a used spiral notebook or loose-leaf binder to make your notes
in. Any minor changes or new ideas you want to test should be noted
and monitored.
#2
Take the opportunity to write down how you feel. How you feel
emotionally is important too. Sometimes the foods you eat can effect
you both physically and emotionally.
#3
Review, review, review. You should review your journal on a weekly
basis. You might spot a pattern or notice something out of the
ordinary.
