Hi Wyoming BEAT Hunger ’08 team,
This is Matt – the Bread for the World Organizer for Wyoming and other western states – I’m based in Portland, Oregon. Thanks so much for signing up for our election project – we hope to show candidates across the country that hunger and poverty are important moral issues for their constituents.
We’ve compiled a list of campaign websites (down below) of House and Senate candidates across Wyoming (two Senate seats and one house seat). Many (though not all) have their public events listed on their websites. I invite you to check out events that are posted, and please e-mail back if you are interested in attending an event near you. Many of the events are fundraisers, debates, and rallies, so I’ve posted a few events directly below that appeared to be open to the public.
If anyone can volunteer to check campaign websites and make a phone call to each campaign to track public events, please let me know – that would be a huge boost to our effort. Also, if you know of any events not listed below, please let me know. I’ve omitted events that are primarily fundraisers and rallies in nature.
Peace,
Matt
