Beauti2 Unable to Load Nexus File

Hello, 

I have an error I am unable to solve. I have updated Beast2 to the latest version (2.7.4) and I am trying to load a Nexus file I acquired from Clustal Omega into Beauti2. However, I every time I attempt this I am greeted with an error message saying "Unknown code is found in sequence: B". I am unsure of what this means and when I try with other Nexus files I have Beauti2 is able to load them in just fine. Can anyone let me know what could be going wrong? I've attached a screenshot of the error I am receiving as well as the line of code the error message keeps referring to.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm having a similar error and I'm not sure how else to "fix" the input file.

Honestly, I gave up on trying to use nexus files for Beauti2 and just started downloading the aligned fasta files and using that as the input for Beauti2. Never figured out what was causing the issue with the nexus files but so far I've had no problems just using regular fasta files to create my XML files.
