Error importing nexus alignment to BEAUti

Hi all,

I am trying to import an alignment to BEAUti, but it creates an error which states "Unknown code found in sequence: B" around line 385, which is the end of the file. When I press okay on the error, the following appears:

"Something went wrong importing the alignment:
Cannot invoke "java.util.Collection.toArray()" because "<parameter1>" is null"

I am wondering if anyone can resolve this. Thanks!

Did you resolve this error? I'm seeing a similar one and am stumped.
