ESS are not going up

I have a data set of 344 SARS-CoV-2 sequences, and as a tree prior I'm using coalescent bayesian skyline model. The runs are of 50M generation with sampling each 5000, but the ESS isn't going up despite combining multiple runs, especially for skyline.popsize and skyline.groupsize. I would like to ask is there any change I can do in the priors.
