Hi Christiana,Would you mind trying the following: open a terminal, and start BEAUti using/Applications/BEAST\ 2.6.2/bin/beautiassuming you installed BEAST in the /Applications folder. Does BEAUti start? If not, can you post what is printed in the terminal?Cheers,Remco

I have clicked through the "open anyway" problem of BEAST not having the credentials or whatever Catalina wants to check for malicious software. When I go to launch BEAUti or any other app, it bounces and goes to the dock, but then doesn't initialise. Any help in getting this started is appreciated!
