TreeAnnotator, LogCombiner and TreeStat as jar files?

Hello everybody,

I am having a problems running .exe files in java (Beast, TreeAnnotator, Tracer etc.). However, running the .jar files from the command line works well. Unfortunately I only have .jar files for Beast, Beagle and Tracer, but not for TreeAnnotator, LogCombiner and TreeStat. Is there a location where I can download these files?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

These programs are contained in the beast.jar file. To run them use the following:

java -cp beast.jar dr.app.tools.TreeAnnotator ...

java -cp beast.jar dr.app.tools.LogCombiner ...

java -cp beast.jar dr.app.treestat.TreeStatApp ...
