Stuck with SpreaD3

Dear Beast Users,

I am stuck with spreaD3 trying to render my MCC tree, I keep getting the location coordinates not set error. Please kindly see the attachment. This same SpreaD3 is also not loading my tab-delimited coordinates files so I ended up typing it in, still, the error won't go away. Kindly assist with this.

Hi All,

I eventually figured this out, I couldn't just go to bed without figuring it out. However is there a way to download the discrete phylogeography rendering such that It can be included on a slide and played back during a presentation?

Hi Simone, 

I think the problem is that the locations must be in the same order as they appear in the XML file. So you must check this out before giving it to Spread3. I hope that helps.
