Beast 2.4.3 Fatal exception: Could not find a proper state to initialise. Perhaps try another seed.

Hello,
I generated an xml file with BEAUti 2.4.3 and I am getting the following error messages, when I am trying to run this xml file with BEAST 2.4.3
I used tip-dating by integrating fossils, which I also included in the monophyletic taxa sets.
I tried to changed the priors several times for testing and also checked the scale e.g. I tried 100.0 Ma as well as 1.0 Ma and also the different initiation values.
However I am still struggling to run the xml file.
Can anyone help me with this?
