BEAST errors:The <sequence> element, nested within an element with id, 'alignment', is incorrectly constructed

Hi all,

Has anyone experienced the following error?

1. Where am I supposed to save the BEAGLE library? I downloaded it and restarted my computer but the error remains. 

2. What plugins is BEAST looking for? 

3. The error states that "The <sequence> element, nested within an element with id, 'alignment', is incorrectly constructed. the following was expected: Exactly one ELEMENT of type String REQUIRED. Does anyone have any idea what this refers to?

Ignore this. This was a mistake given one of my sequences was missing.
