unable to run an xml file

Hello all,

I am unable to run an xml file. Every time it throws up this error 

"validate and intialize error: At least one input of name 'value' must be specified.

Validation error when initializing object beast.core.parameter.IntegerParameter (id IntegerParameter):

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: At least one input of name 'value' must be specified"

Any help will be appreciated!
