Hi Brendan,

I can't replicate this issue. I select a few tips in the table, hit 'Set Dates' and then type a value - just the selected tips get this new value. If no tips are selected then all the tips get set with the value (this is not the most intuitive behaviour - probably the button should be greyed out unless you select all).

Could you give me some more details about your system?

I downloaded the new version of BEAUti 1.7.3.  Under the "Tips" tab, whenever I try to apply a date to just a few taxa, it applies that date to all taxa and overwrites whatever I had already assigned.
