BEAST v2.6.1 released

Dear BEAST user,

We are pleased to announce the release of BEAST v2.6.1. This is just a small patch release mainly for fixing a problem in BEAUti not recognising some templates.

To install, make sure you have BEAST v2.6.0 installed, then just start BEAUti and you will be prompted to upgrade to v2.6.1.
See the above link for alternative ways to install.

Note that BEAST 2 requires Java 8 or better, which can be downloaded for example from https://adoptopenjdk.net/

We are pleased to announce the release of BEAST v2.6.3. The main improvements are
    Robustify resume
    RandomTree deals with calibrations in date-forward mode
    BEAST new `-DF` and `-DFout` options
    Default values for user defined values
    LogAnalyser new `-tag` option
    Let `Input.setValue()` ignore empty lists (instead of throwing exception)
    User data type lengths are not required to be equal any more
    Robustify RPN calculator

You can download this version via the BEAST 2 site (http://www.beast2.org/) or if you already 
have BEAST v2.6.x installed, just start BEAUti and you will be prompted to upgrade to v2.6.3. See the above link to the post for alternative ways to install.

Note that BEAST 2 requires Java 8 or better, which can be downloaded for example from https://adoptopenjdk.net/ or use the version with Java included available for Windows and Linux (not for Mac just yet).

Dear BEAST user,

We are pleased to announce the release of BEAST v2.6.5, which fixes a bug in the LogCombiner GUI version, but is otherwise identical to v2.6.4.

To install this version, you already must have BEAST v2.6.x installed. Just start BEAUti and you will be prompted to upgrade to v2.6.5.
