Hi All,

Just wondering why a node on a tree drawn in figtree would not have a
height_95%_HDP bar drawn on it? All but one node has a bar that looks
correct.

The posterior probability for this node is low (~ 0.3), but it does
have a mean age if i switch the node label display to " node ages".

I also looked and there are several dates for this node.. they are not
all the same. THey range from ~20 to 40 mybp.

Is this a bug of some sort?

Many thanks for any help...
-Brad

When you run tree annotator you have to change the posterior probability
limit from 0.5 to 0. Then all your nodes will have the 95% bar. That's
been my experience.

Cheers
Peter
