Running Bayesian analysis in Beast

Dear Beast users,

I want to run simple Bayesian analysis (not divergence time estimation) in Beast to compare the tree from this analysis with the tree gained by Mr. Bayes. I need a helpful guide for setting priors in this software but unfortunately, I did not find a comprehensive reference in this regard.

I am asking for a quick answer if it is possible.
