Hi! I'm trying to set ucldmean priors for the genes in my analysis, and all of them work, except for the 12S gene, which doesn't even appear in the priors tab. The same applies to the ORCucldmean priors when I change the clock model from Relaxed Log Normal to Optimized Log Normal.

The first time I tried, it actually worked. However, I had something configured incorrectly and had to restart the settings. Since then, I never managed to get the ucldmean prior for the 12S gene to show up again.

I read somewhere that it would show up if you turn on Tip Dates, and it really did. But I am not going to use Tip Dates in my analysis.

I had my sequences aligned and concatenated again, and it still didn't work. Does anyone know if I could be doing something wrong or if there is a way to fix this issue? I'm using BEAST 2.7.8, and I already tried versions 2.6 and 2.5, to no avail.
