TreeAnnotater help!

hi there!

i've combined 3 run with two 20millions and one with 50million chain length. The combined .log can easyly open by Trace, but the combined .tree file can not be open by TreeAnnotater, can anyone hel the situation here? or there is no way to combian a tree file with different chain length?
