Hi there,
I recently ran STACEY to delimit species in BEAST 2.4. I used the default parameters of Beauti for tree height collapse etc. Now I am trying to run the species delimitation analyzer and to view the estimated parameters in TRACER. So I have few questions, what is the Nclusters in Tracer analysis? What value of collapseheight do i have to use in analyzer? I used several values from 0.0001 to 0.001 and I get a very nice result (5 clusters with 91 posterior) in the value of 0.001, but I cannot justify how and why to choose this value? Could you please explain this to me?
Thank you in advance

NClusters is the number of clusters or species. You should normally use the same value of collapseheight in SpeciesDelimitationAnalyser as you used in STACEY.
