Dear Beast users,

I have been using Beast to estimate the evolutionary rate for a
circovirus from data obtained from around 70 infected individuals.
Randomisation tests suggest that the strict molecular clock can be
rejected. Out of interest I plotted the rate estimated from each
lineage and noticed a number of outliers. Is there any way to indicate
the significance of such outliers?

Many thanks
Samit
