Dear All!

I have manipulated my tree using Figtree (rotated branches, made cartoons for large groups etc).
i want to prepare a figure for publication (in black and white, dotted lines etc).

what is the way to go to make a figure for publication and keeping all the editing that was done in Figtree?
(eg. which format to use for exporting in order to be able to ungroup the object in programmes like CORELdraw for exmple).

many thanks,
s

Dear All!

Many thanks for all the replies!
Most people seem to export as .pdf and then open in Adobe Illustrator.

Another option is the following:
save as .ps (make background white)
import to CorelDraw and ungroup all.

Thanks again,
s
