Hello,

Please help to find the reason why in Beauti X I can't save the Mean and Stdev I provide. It keeps saving the default values. It doesn't save also when I don't mark the "Mean/Stdev in real space" flag.

I work with a dataset containing 1 fragment and 1266 taxa (1105 patterns). I try to provide known clock rate.

Best,
Hovhannes

Another issue is that it doesn't generate the log file. It generates the trees and citation files though.
I work on Windows.

Hi Beast Community,

Is there anybody who could set-up a log-normal prior in real space for ucld.mean in Beauti X on Mac or Windows?

It fails also with an example dataset.

Hi Hovhannes,

A bit late, but I'm having the same issue with saving lognormal priors and have not yet found a solution. Did you ever solve the problem?

Hi Abby,

Couldn't yet solve the problem. I still use Beauty of v1.10.4, then, run on Beast X. Although, not sure if this is an optimal solution.

Hi Hovhannes,

Thank you very much for your reply - I tried again with v1.10.4 and it worked! Seems to be a bug in 1.10.5.

Hi Abby,

I think so. As developers themselves, seems, not following this communication channel, one needs adding an issue in their Github. I'll do it, when I have time.

Best,
Hovhannes
