Is there any Linux command line version for Tracer and FigTree?

As my topic, since I always need to generate big .trees file, I would like to run nearly all the process in my linux server but not in window.
I will reconstruct Bayesian Skyline, GMRF skyride and SkyGride in tracer and plot tree in Figtree.
Can anyone give me a hand?
