Likelihood component, branchRates, created but not used in the MCMC

Hello everyone,

I am currently running a xml files in BEAST 1.8.4 (in CIPRES) which is repeatedly giving me the following warning .

The file is running smoothly on a local machine ! but its stopping in between after few MCMC generations in CIPRES.

I am unable to fix this error! Please help

Hi,

This warning is not causing the issue (it can be safely ignored). Is there another error being shown on CIPRES?

No, but the run is interrupted after few generations! I checked the do not use BEAGLE option also.

Sounds like you need to contact the CIPRES people.
