Errors in generating .xml files in R

Hi, I downloaded the newest BEAST version (v2.7.7), and ran a couple of examples using the GUI. When I tried to call out BEAST using R, same dataset was used but it kept saying that the .xml file generated by the Babette package was not valid, hence BEAST could not be ran.

Does anyone have any idea of how this could potentially to fixed?
