Hello!
I have been trying to merge node annotation data from a continuous phylogeography and a discrete trait analysis so I have a tree where each node has geographic data and trait data.

I started by making a posterior distribution of empirical trees. I then used this distribution of empirical trees to make a distribution of continuous phylogeography trees (which have geographic data annotated on each node). I used a distribution of these continuous phylogeographic trees to generate a distribution of trees with two trait annotations (a Discrete Trait Analysis).

Unfortunately, the Discrete Trait Analysis did not retain the annotations for geographic data at the nodes.

Is there a way to edit my XML for Discrete Trait Analysis trees so I can retain node annotations from a continuous phylogeographic tree input?

Thank you so much!
