If the files are this big then you have probably sampled too
frequently. You can run them through log combiner and specify a 'down-
sampling' frequency. This should be some multiple of your original
frequency. For example if you sampled every 1000 states you could down-
sample to any multiple of 1000. We recommend that you aim to have
about 10,000 samples left in your file as a compromise between file
size and redundancy of information.
