can the tree formed by beast analysis can be used as virus evolution tree ? that how viruses sequences have evolved from each other by the clock rate or we can not use beast tree as virus evolution tree ? i had made a tree by using beast analysis but my teacher said that this tree you can not show as virus evolution tree kindly guide me about it or if anyone had used that virus time tree in the paper kindly tell me
