MASCOT 3.06 is not working properly while 3.0 is working fine

Hi BEAST users especially MASCOT users

Ever since last update of  "MASCOT-Skyline version including BEAUTi interface" I am not able to run my analyses. However, I can do them easily in version 3.0.

I am working on a genetic data from 2 different species where one is bovine and other is wildlife. I am interested in checking how much disease is being transmitted between 2. Everything was working fine with MASCOT version 3.0 but now with the latest update of 3.06, my analysis starts but after some time I get the error 

"java lang illegal argument exception: timing not found"

I am glad now with version 3.06, I can also count the migration events from different species but no matter how informative priors I use, I get the same error after some time.  

Any idea about this issue will be helpful. Luckily, in my old computer I have BEAST 2.7.4 with MASCOT library version 3.00 which is working fine.

I'll have a look at this, but it may take me a little bit. It's an issue with the reconstruction of the migration events that may need some recoding.

The issue should be resolved in this commit (The issue should be resolved in this commit here https://github.com/nicfel/Mascot/commit/3440a45a206fbe2e8bcfdaa856b3ff54fe4497a9) and v3.0.7 that should be available shortly through BEAUti

Thank you for the update. 

I am running the analysis (MASCOT v3.0.7) (BEAST v2.7.6) and it is working fine so far (above 1 million now). I will update you if something happens.
