Discordance of starting newick tree and beast results

Hi everyone,

I am trying to make a beast tree using an ML result. I use the Starting tree panel and the Operators panel to each put a newick tree as a start tree and turn off several operators (subtree slide, narrow exchange, wide exchange, and wilson-balding). However, the BEAST result is not equivalent to a tree I expected. Some parts of a topology are slightly transited. Are there any more things I have to check for fixation of starting tree? I will do appreciate ypu sharing your experiences if you undergo this kind of trouble.
