Hello!
Due to walltime limitations on the high processing core I am using, I have been exploring how to resume BEASTX (BEAST 1) and BEAST 2 from the current state. For BEAST 2, this is pretty simple and just requires the -resume flag. For BEASTX, I have been trying a combination of the -load_state, -save_every, and -save_state flags to save a checkpoint.state file. However, when I attempt to restart using the checkpoint.state file, BEAST says there is already a log file present, and will not run unless I use the -overwrite flag. This gets rid of a lot of my data. Is there a way to re-start a BEASTX run without overwriting my log and trees files?

Thank you so much!
